Seasonal & Work Camper Team Members

About the role

Jellystone Park™ Pigeon Forge is hiring friendly, dependable team members to support our busy campground season. Current openings include Recreation Support Staff, Housekeeping Team Members, Front Desk Guest Services, and Maintenance/Grounds Support.

Responsibilities

• Recreation Support Staff: Activities, crafts, games, events, setup, cleanup, and guest interaction. Afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.
• Housekeeping Team Members: Cleaning cabins, bathhouses, common areas, laundry support, and restocking supplies. Full-time hours may be available for Recreation candidates.
• Front Desk Guest Services: Check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone support, and guest service. Available Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
• Recreation Supervisor: Planning and leading guest activities and family programming. Previous recreation, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred. Work camper site available for qualified candidates.
• Maintenance/Grounds Support: Groundskeeping, light maintenance, trash removal, site cleanup, and general property support. Work camper opportunities limited, with potential for another site opening soon.

Requirements

• Ideal Candidates: Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused. Available weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Comfortable working in a family campground environment. Flexible and willing to assist across departments. Previous campground, hospitality, housekeeping, recreation, front desk, or maintenance experience preferred.

Benefits

• Pay: Based on position, experience, availability, and overall fit. $14.00- $16.00 per hour, plus a work camper site for qualified candidates.
