About the role

Serve As An OCC Processing Center Assistant And You Will Have The Opportunity To Manage the setup and teardown of the OCC processing center
Work with local vendors to create a hospitable atmosphere for staff and volunteers
Maintain accurate processing center supply inventory
Cookordate staff and volunteer parking with local government, businesses, and vendors
Perform building maintenance tasks as needed
Oversee the shipping and receiving of processing center kits and other supplies
Attend weekly logistics meetings
Supervise and direct the work of the preseason and postseason teams (5-10 associates)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Warehouse management and forklift experience (current certification preferred)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• A heart to serve in a hands-on ministry

Qualifications

• Project management experience
• Forklift and scissor lift certifications (preferred)
• Attention to detail and high level of organization
• Competent with Microsoft Office
