Key responsibilities

Rotating and working across warehouse departments as needed, supporting:

• Laundry Operations: Receive, inspect, sort, dry clean, press, iron, spot clean, and hand-clean rental garments, accessories, and shoes.
• Quality Control (QC): Inspect, sort, and verify garments, accessories, and shoes to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Outbound Fulfillment: Pick, pack, quality-check, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Inventory Support: Receive, audit, and maintain accurate inventory; verify incoming shipments and ensure proper inventory placement.
• Warehouse Operations & Safety: Move and transport items to designated work areas; assist with palletizing and loading shipments; ensure items are stored, packed, and stacked according to OSHA and company safety standards; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to meet or exceed required productivity rates without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or safety standards
• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for 8 - 10 hours per day
• Motivated, dependable, and committed to attendance and punctuality
• Able to work scheduled shifts and required overtime during peak periods
• Able to read in English or Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to pass a criminal background check
