Job Summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate. Join a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
  • Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
  • Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
  • Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
  • A current Forklift certification is preferred.
