About the role

The Seasonal Warehouse Team Member supports daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment during peak business periods. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse to ensure efficient flow of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Use hand-held scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status.
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and shipping information.
  • Assist with unloading incoming shipments.
  • Inspect, sort, and stock products in designated locations.
  • Report discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership.
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Palletize, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Follow safety protocols for equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Adjust tasks based on operational needs during peak times.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfort working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
  • Willingness to work flexible or extended hours during busy seasons.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule

Fast-paced warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity. Seasonal employment typically ranges from 8–16 weeks, depending on business demand. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
