Essential Job Functions
- General Distribution Center work (picking, packing, material handling, induction, etc.)
- Maintain minimum performance standards
- Perform job with highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in any General Warehouse function
- Use of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, voice picking technology, pick to light and other warehouse management systems
- Basic computer functions as needed
- Certification on lift equipment if required
- Safety compliance with Carter’s rules and procedures
- Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skill, And Ability Requirements
- Minimum competencies: Basic working knowledge of computers, RF Scanners and Warehouse Management systems
- Proven team member with skills to multi-task
- Proficient reading skills
- Able to abide by Carter’s policies and procedures, specifically the attendance policy
Prior Work Experience And Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
- Six Months Automated Distribution Center Experience Preferred
Physical and Work Demands
- Able to repetitively lift cases weighing up to fifty pounds
- Able to stand and work for long periods including daily overtime, holidays and overtime as required
- Able to work consecutive days during peak season
- Able to work in varying temperatures
- Comply with holiday and blackout periods as determined by Management
