Seasonal Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is part of the team behind the scenes that make memorable moments come to life. As a Warehouse Associate, you actively participate in executing daily tasks in our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work area is organized and clean to meet Bright operation standards.
• Support departments as needed but not limited to chairs, dish, laundry, tenting, kitchen
• Pulling and pushing a pallet jack up to 100lbs
• Stacking, cleaning, organizing inventory items on pallet and moving them to different locations
• Pull and stage inventory from warehouse for outgoing orders
• Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team members
• Promotes clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Verification of counts, sorting, and stock inventory in the proper location

Requirements

• Warehouse, logistics or similar experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods and safety compliance
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Forklift driving is plus
• Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to “jump in and roll up his/her sleeves” to help others
• Thrives in a fast pace environment while staying organized and having attention to detail

Qualifications

• Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and over time as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
