We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes General Description, Duties & Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities And Work Environment, Selection Process, Minimum Qualifications, Preferences Beyond Minimum Qualifications, etc. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - General Description: includes posting type, department, hours, salary, location, union, close date, description of role. This could be "About the role" or maybe "General Description". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content to these. We have salary: $29.00 - $30.00/hour DOQ. That's pay info, so we can create a Pay section. We have schedule: Full-time, temporary; regular hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; overtime and other shift hours as weather demands; temporary staff typically on-board early Nov through early Apr. That's schedule info, so we can create a Schedule section. We have benefits: "This is non-benefit earning and no holiday pay is included." That's benefits info (lack thereof). So we can create Benefits section. We have qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate or GED AND Valid Class B CDL driver's license with air brake endorsement. Preferences Beyond Minimum Qualifications: Snow plowing experience preferred. Previous truck and equipment experience preferred. Ability to report to the Empire Transportation Facility within 30 minutes during snow emergency/events. We have Duties & Responsibilities: list of tasks. We have Knowledge, Skills & Abilities And Work Environment: includes knowledge, skills, abilities, work environment details. We have Selection Process: description of steps. We also have other metadata: POSTING TYPE, DEPARTMENT, HOURS, SALARY, LOCATION, UNION, CLOSE DATE. Some of that could be folded into About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). So we don't need a heading for the job title. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can combine some into paragraphs. We must not create sections with filler/placeholder text. So we need to ensure each section has real content. Potential sections: - About the role (could include general description, department, location, etc.) - Responsibilities (duties) - Requirements (minimum qualifications) - Qualifications (maybe preferences? Or we could combine preferences into Requirements or Skills) - Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities) - Benefits (non-benefit earning) - Pay (salary range) - Schedule (hours, temporary duration) - Selection Process (maybe as a section? Not in the list but we could treat as "Selection Process" heading? The instruction only gave examples but didn't forbid other headings? It says: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we could also use other headings if needed. However, to be safe, we could incorporate Selection Process into About the role or Responsibilities? But it's substantive; maybe we can create a section "Selection Process" as an

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. I think it's okay to add Selection Process as a heading. But we need to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine some. Let's think: We have a lot of info. Could we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Selection Process could be folded into About the role or Requirements? Probably better to have its own section but that adds another. However, we could incorporate selection process into About the role as a paragraph. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should aim for maybe 5-6 sections. Let's try to combine: - About the role: includes general description, department, location, posting type, hours, close date, union, etc. Also maybe selection process? Could be. - Responsibilities: duties & responsibilities. - Requirements: minimum qualifications. - Skills: knowledge, skills & abilities, work environment, preferences. - Benefits: non-benefit earning, no holiday pay. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: hours, temporary duration. That's 7 sections. Could we combine Benefits and Pay into a "Compensation" section? But the instruction gave examples of Benefits and Pay separate. Might be okay to keep separate. Alternatively, we could combine Pay and Schedule into a "Compensation & Schedule" section, but the instruction says use those headings if they exist. Since we have both, we should include them. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure each section has substantive content. Now, we need to format lists where appropriate. For Responsibilities: we have a list of duties. We'll output
      • items. For Requirements: minimum qualifications: two items (HS/GED, Class B CDL with air brake). Could be list. For Skills: we have knowledge, skills & abilities, work environment, preferences. Could be a mix of prose and list. We'll maybe output a
        • for each bullet. For Benefits: we have statement: "This is non-benefit earning and no holiday pay is included." That's prose. For Pay: "$29.00 - $30.00/hour DOQ". That's prose. For Schedule: "Full-time, temporary. Regular hours for the positions are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; overtime and other shift hours will be required as weather conditions demand. Temporary staff are typically on-board from early November through early April." That's prose. For About the role: we need to include: POSTING TYPE: Open-competitive, DEPARTMENT: Transportation, HOURS: Full-time, temporary (but we already have schedule), SALARY: $29.00 - $30.00/hour DOQ (but we have pay), LOCATION: Empire Transportation Facility, UNION: None, CLOSE DATE: This posting will remain open until the position is filled, plus description: "The Dakota County Transportation Department is seeking one motivated individual to fill a full-time seasonal maintenance position. The position involves operating trucks of all sizes to perform snow and ice removal, operate loaders and other highway equipment and vehicles as needed. Maintenance staff may also perform operational tasks in the maintenance, repair and construction of Dakota County roadways." We should avoid duplicating info already in other sections. So we can mention department, location, posting type, close date, union, and the narrative description. We can omit hours, salary, etc. as they are covered elsewhere. Thus About the role paragraph: "POSTING TYPE: Open-competitive. DEPARTMENT: Transportation. LOCATION: Empire Transportation Facility. UNION: None. CLOSE DATE: This posting will remain open until the position is filled. The Dakota County Transportation Department is seeking one motivated individual to fill a full-time seasonal maintenance position. The position involves operating trucks of all sizes to perform snow and ice removal, operate loaders and other highway equipment and vehicles as needed. Maintenance staff may also perform operational tasks in the maintenance, repair and construction of Dakota County roadways." We could also include that it's a seasonal maintenance position. Now, we need to ensure we don't repeat the job title. Now, we need to output HTML fragment. Let's craft:
