Seasonal/Temporary Material Handler-Days (M-F)

Responsibilities

• Picking Responsibilities: Accurately pick orders using a pallet jack, stage products in appropriate areas, stack, package, band, shrink wrap, and label products according to client requirements.
• Quality Control Responsibilities: Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products as needed.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Execute safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and adhere to all standard operating procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment such as pallet jacks, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintenance: Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications/Licenses: None required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision, and ability to adapt to change.
• Prior Experience: 6 months experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment preferred.
• Physical Demands: Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, standing, walking, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.

Pay and Schedule

The expected base pay rate for this position is $24.75 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.

Schedule

This position has an expected end date of October 30th, 2026.
