Pay

Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $33 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! The role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving ability, and merchandise handling skills.
