Seasonal Tasting Room Associate - Northstar West

The Tasting Room Associate at Chateau Ste. Michelle, part of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, is a seasonal, part-time position based in Woodinville, WA. This role is dedicated to the Northstar brand and involves setting a positive and genuine connection with guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Be friendly and courteous, interacting with a wide variety of personalities professionally.
• Learn and assist guests with product information, wine club and eCommerce order fulfillment, and event assistance.
• Avoid unauthorized access to restricted areas and follow all policies and procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain the tasting room's appearance and cleanliness.
• Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, and wine club memberships.
• Assist with winery and event setup, execution, and teardown.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk for extended periods.

Position Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• MUST have a MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler’s Permit.
• Two (2) or more years of customer service experience is preferred.

Compensation

$17.13 - $22.12 per hour based upon relevant experience. Equal pay for equal work.
