Starting pay: $21/hour

Pay

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Schedule

Shifts: Tuesday - Friday from 10AM to 8PM and Saturday - Monday from 8AM to 8PM.

About the role

As a Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS), you will execute routines to support the development of a safe and secure work environment for all Target team members, temporary workers, vendors, and visitors at a Target supply chain building. You will operate Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines. You’ll follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership. You’ll follow best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process. Core responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond quickly during crisis situations
• Remain calm under pressure
