About the role
As a member of the Player Services team, you’ll provide warm, friendly, and quick service to players at Suncadia’s legendary golf courses: Prospector and Rope Rider. Whether assisting guests in the bag drop area or using your organizational skills to ensure golf carts are prepped and staged, you’ll work to create memorable experiences for our players and guests.

Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests
- Greet all customers in bag drop area
- Unload clubs, clean, and place in bag drop area or cart
- Clean and check carts for damages when they return
- Ensure all carts are accounted for and plugged in before locking up
- Ensure grounds area is clean and ready for the next day’s operations
- Keep range and practice area clean of golf balls, baskets, trash, and debris
- Pick the driving range thoroughly every day, including the rough
- Wash golf balls and supply clean golf balls to ball machine
- Clean and organize rental clubs; report any missing or damaged clubs immediately to Head or Assistant Professional
- Keep back room and cart area neat and clean
- Continually supply and prep carts to the staging area
- Shuttle guests to and from Inn at Suncadia if needed
- Perform additional integrated duties as related to Inn service as prescribed by Head Professional and Outside Services manager
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Basic math skills
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to resolve problems using good judgment
- Ability to work as a team and/or as an individual with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
- Work outside in a variety of weather conditions
