You'll help members of all ages and skill levels build confidence, safety, and joy in the water — teaching with patience, positivity, and enthusiasm. You'll create a fun and supportive learning environment, bringing out the best in every swimmer while representing the energy, connection, and excitement that make Lakeshore special.

Requirements

This is a full time seasonal role running through the summer — perfect for someone who loves the water, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to make a real impact in their community this season.

Qualifications

• Loves working with people of all ages and abilities
• Passionate about teaching and sharing the love of swimming
• Positive and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic swimming skills and CPR certification preferred
