This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tallahassee. Tallahassee is in the top ten best places to live in Florida. Responsibilities

• Clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and assembling folders and new resident collateral as needed.
• Working alongside the maintenance teams.
• Aiding with customer service inquiries.
• Aiding with move-ins and move-outs.
• Cutting keys.
• Inspecting and trashing out units.
• Straightening and cleaning the office area.
• Aiding the service team with curb appeal.
