Seasonal Staff in Athens, GA

About the role

This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Athens, which offers a storied music history, incredible food culture, and botanical gardens. It is home to the University of Georgia and Georgia Museum of Art. Athens was ranked as one of the best places to visit in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and assembling folders and new resident collateral as needed.
• Working alongside the maintenance teams.
• Assisting with customer service inquiries.
• Assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
• Cutting keys.
• Inspecting and trashing out units.
• Straightening and cleaning the office area.
• Assisting the service team with curb appeal.
