Seasonal Shipping Clerk - Day Shift

About the role

Responsible for handling seasonal shipping tasks during peak seasons. Duties include receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments. Must be available for day shift work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Process shipments according to company procedures
• Ensure all packages are accurately labeled and addressed
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments
• Operate shipping equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in logistics or similar field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (if required by company policy)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using shipping software and equipment
• Experience with basic inventory management
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse environment
