Responsibilities

• Prepare your station before service to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Complete opening and closing side work thoroughly and efficiently
• Stay informed on daily specials and menu updates
• Learn the menu inside and out, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions confidently
• Accurately operate the POS system and process transactions
• Deliver polished, attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Anticipate guest needs through refills, pre-bussing, and attentive follow-up
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
• Assist teammates as needed to create a positive guest experience

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Positive energy and willingness to help wherever needed
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or supplies as needed
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude

Benefits

• Housing is provided for one individual in our Adventure Camp, located within the park.
• Accommodations are in small, shared cabins with access to shared bath houses and a communal kitchen/dining area.
• Please note that this is shared housing and pets are not permitted.
