Seasonal Server

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned side work prior to the beginning and ending of shift.
• Performs all cleaning assignments as assigned.
• Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner.
• Full menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Able to sell and upsell all menus.
• Knowledgeable about entire property, including all scheduled activities, group functions, food and beverage outlets, entertainment, and hours of operation of all activities, events, and outlet.

Requirements

• Passion for serving great food and fun drinks in an exciting resort atmosphere.
• The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs.

Qualifications

• Tipped and Hourly Salary Minimum: $20.80 inclusive of gratuities.

Skills

• Knowledge of full menu and preparation techniques.
• Selling and upselling skills.
• Property knowledge including activities, events, and hours of operation.
