Responsibilities
- Completes all assigned side work prior to the beginning and ending of shift.
- Performs all cleaning assignments as assigned.
- Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner.
- Full menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Able to sell and upsell all menus.
- Knowledgeable about entire property, including all scheduled activities, group functions, food and beverage outlets, entertainment, and hours of operation of all activities, events, and outlet.
Requirements
- Passion for serving great food and fun drinks in an exciting resort atmosphere.
- The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs.
Qualifications
- Tipped and Hourly Salary Minimum: $20.80 inclusive of gratuities.
Skills
- Knowledge of full menu and preparation techniques.

- Property knowledge including activities, events, and hours of operation.
