Seasonal Server Assistant (Earn up to $1,000/wk)

Job Summary

Armitage Alehouse, a part of Hogsalt, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Seasonal Full Time Server Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Avoid stock and set up all stations before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
• Work with servers and other FOH staff to ensure proper table maintenance at all times, including wiping and resetting tables between courses, providing prompt water service, removing unused service items, and packaging leftover food.
• Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible.
• Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
• Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
• Avoid ensuring all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.

Qualifications

• MORE THAN 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FAST-PACED, FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT.
• PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE, SUPERIOR SERVICE STANDARDS, AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
• OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS.
• ABILITY TO STAND, WALK, AND MOVE DURING THE SHIFT, INCLUDING FREQUENT BENDING, LIFTING ITEMS WEIGHING UP TO 50 LBS, AND SOTOSSING.
