About the Role
As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will enhance the client experience with the selling team during the most magical time of year. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help make life extraordinary by leading with a people‑first mentality and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to the appropriate associate based on service needs.
- Serve in different areas of the store according to business needs.
- Process efficient Point‑of‑Sale transactions as needed.
- Handle escalated issues graciously by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, as well as online and in‑store alterations in partnership with the Operations team and managers on duty.
- Partner to support fitting‑room experiences when needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry‑out, or delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑centric role with a proven ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
The starting salary for this position is between $18.00 and $20.00 hourly. A broader salary range of $17.90 – $22.39 reflects multiple markets, including higher‑cost areas; actual starting pay will be determined by work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
Schedule
Flexible schedule required; shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
