About the role

Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Team Members play a crucial role in enhancing the Tiffany brand experience during the holiday season. You will be responsible for creating memorable interactions for clients, showcasing the brand's values of freedom, wit, and joy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warm welcomes and appropriate assistance for clients, aligning with the Tiffany brand standards.
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to build personalized experiences that positively impact both sales and service.
• Assist with the engraving station when applicable.
• Manage the floor waiting list accurately, ensuring smooth transitions between clients.
• Keep the hospitality area fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Communicate any potential service issues promptly to management.
• Aid in boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
• Support the sales team with POS functions post-purchase decisions.
• Collaborate with the operations team on operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to maintain optimal store operations.
• Participate in inventory and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail experience, or experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional client service abilities.
• Capable of working with a diverse client base.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Pay

The Minnesota wage transparency disclosure range for this position is $18.79-22.10 per hour.
