About the role

Join our team as a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for the holiday season. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, assist with boutique operations, and provide an inviting experience. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso.

This role offers the potential for permanent employment after the holiday season and is an opportunity to explore a future career with Nespresso.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software.
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment.

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Schedule

• Part-time, working up to 19 hours per week.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
