Seasonal Sales Associate - Part Time - Williamsburg Premium Outlets, Williamsburg, VA

About the role

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring the customer experience, and supporting the brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”).

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and meet goals/measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Ensure the store reflects the company vision through "Hosting the Party"
• Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
• Ensure the customer wish list is always current
• Assist with training new associates
• Foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic crew and customer environment
• Help recruit and refer top talent for the store's teams
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls and loss prevention awareness
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Maintain merchandising standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives

Qualifications

Must have the ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods, reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $14.98 to $18.48 per hour.
