Sales Associate, Part Time - Williamsburg Premium Outlets, Williamsburg, VA

About the role

We're looking for someone to assist our management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring the customer experience and supporting our brand promise.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and meet goals/measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Ensure the store reflects our vision of "Every Day Should Feel This Good" to our customers
• Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
• Ensure the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives
• Assist with training new associates and foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment
• Help recruit and refer top talent for the store's teams
• Support store and team-building activities with the management team
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls and loss prevention awareness
• Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Contribute to weekly product feedback

Qualifications

As an employee at a vineyard vines retail location, all team members must have the ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time, reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally, and lift up to 40 pounds, unless an accommodation is requested.

Pay

Compensation: $14.98 - $18.48
