Customer Experience
As an Editor, you'll immerse yourself in every aspect of the customer journey, from start to finish. You'll be trained in all store operations, including customer-facing and back-of-house tasks. Your role includes assisting with coverage, working in both environments, and leading inclusive and interactive product engagement. You'll lead meaningful customer interactions, focusing on demonstrations, applications, recommendations, and routine building. You'll also develop and nurture relationships with customers, engaging them pre- and post-visits. You'll model and coach Glossier's customer experience principles, ensuring memorable and inspiring experiences.
Teamwork
Operate with optimism and joy, sharing excitement with the Glossier community on product launches, activations, and special events. Partner with store leadership to communicate feedback on inventory logistics, packaging, and customer experiences. Serve as a product guru, demonstrating new products, and supporting new hires and cross-training team members. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Be a skilled multitasker, accommodating multiple customer requests without compromising service standards.
