Customer Experience
As an Editor, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the customer journey, from start to finish. This includes training in all store operations, from customer-facing to back-of-house. You'll assist with coverage and be equipped to work in both environments. Your role involves leading inclusive and interactive product engagement, focusing on demonstrations, applications, recommendations, and routine building. You'll also lead meaningful customer interactions during in-store events like master classes and promotions. Your performance expectations include embodying Glossier's core values, leading the Selling Ceremony, and developing and nurturing relationships with customers.
Teamwork
Operate with optimism and joy, sharing excitement with the Glossier community on product launches, activations, and special events. Partner with store leadership to communicate feedback on inventory logistics, packaging, and customer experiences. Serve as a product guru and resource for demonstrations, especially for new hires and cross-training team members. Uphold all uniform standards and observe strict confidentiality.
Operational Excellence
Take pride in inventory, store facilities, and company equipment. Adhere to safety standards and follow inventory management systems. Restock and replenish inventory accurately, receive and inspect shipments, and participate in visual projects. Observe strict confidentiality and maintain service standards while multitasking.
