Customer Experience

As an Editor, you'll immerse yourself in every aspect of customers' journeys, from in-store visits to online orders and returns/exchanges. You'll be trained in all store operations, including customer-facing and back-of-house tasks. Your role includes assisting with coverage, working in both environments, and leading inclusive and interactive product engagement. You'll lead meaningful customer interactions during events like master classes and promotions, and develop relationships with customers through consistent clienteling efforts. You'll also serve as a product guru and resource for demonstrations, especially for new hires and cross-training team members.

Teamwork

Operate with optimism and joy, sharing excitement with the Glossier community on product launches, activations, and events. Partner with all team members to fulfill special projects and assignments. Be a safety champion, ensuring the work environment is safe and free of hazards. Collaborate with store leadership to improve inventory logistics, packaging, and customer feedback. Serve as a product guru and resource for demonstrations, especially for new hires and cross-training team members.

Operational Excellence

Take pride in inventory, store facilities, and company equipment, maintaining a meticulous yet expeditious approach to restocking and replenishing. Participate in visual projects, follow uniform standards, and become an expert in all store operations. Observe strict confidentiality, particularly concerning sensitive information. Multitask effectively, accommodating multiple customer requests without compromising service standards.
