About the role

Join Nespresso as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate (up to 19 hours per week) for the holiday season. You’ll be the welcoming face of our retail boutique, greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, assisting with boutique operations, and creating an inviting experience that helps guests discover their perfect coffee match.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional customer service.
• Share Nespresso’s mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey through tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
• Manage digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety‑first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a cohesive work environment.

Pay

$21.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility: No. Compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Nestlé offers a competitive total rewards package.

Schedule

Up to 19 hours per week. Availability required for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours throughout January 2027.
