About the role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you’ll play a crucial part in creating memorable experiences for our customers during peak seasons. Your role involves delivering exceptional service, fostering a positive team culture, and assisting in various store functions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model
  • Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and addressing concerns, while demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values
  • Assist in all store departments, including managing the POS system, handling customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
  • Closely work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying updated on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this information with consumers to enhance their experience
  • Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

Must be 16 years or older. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential. A team-first approach and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment are required.

Qualifications

Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment, lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift, and continuously move around the store. Must also have the ability to read and comprehend information on computer/register screens and input data.

Skills

Customer service skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for retail are key. Knowledge of Crocs, Inc. core values and the ability to stay informed about brand initiatives are also important.

Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $16.50 per hour, with the possibility of participation in a company incentive program. The company is committed to an inclusive work environment and accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
