About the role

Join our team as a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for the holiday season, working up to 19 hours per week. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will create unforgettable coffee moments for customers while supporting boutique operations. This role offers the potential for permanent employment after the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through coffee.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software.
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment.

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
