About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role. As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On, you'll be part of a vibrant community that inspires, sparks joy, and bolsters self-expression and creativity. You'll be responsible for creating memorable and fun experiences for customers, collaborating with your team to achieve goals, and ensuring the store looks fresh and inviting.

• Create memorable and fun experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

• Maintain a fresh and inviting store by merchandising and replenishing with care.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins together.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated knowledge or ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes or other merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders).
• Ability to squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets).
• Ability to use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely to complete required tasks.

Skills

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Collaboration to drive results as a team.
• Basic Retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Pay

The wage rate is $18.00/hr.
