Job Summary

You will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers, combining a talent for making friends with perfect strangers and a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Engage with customers to create a unique and memorable shopping experience
• Help customers find products that align with their style and needs
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and information is readily available
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for shopping and the Tillys brand
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
