Job Summary

You will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers, combining a talent for making friends with perfect strangers and a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Engage with customers to create a unique and memorable shopping experience
• Help customers find products that align with their style and needs
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory levels are maintained
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the Tillys brand
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using point-of-sale systems)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
