About the role
The role involves managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing their performance, and developing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales management is preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and strong analytical skills are required.
