Seasonal Sales Associate

Core Accountabilities

• Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals
• Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability
• Build and maintain a dedicated and good-natured team
• Create a positive store environment
• Act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee
• Establish a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever
• Deliver extraordinary customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations
• Follow all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety
• Support store operational consistency by adhering to Cole Haan Policy and Procedure

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and having professional phone skills
• Physical abilities to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, including repetitive use of upper extremities
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
