Seasonal Sales Associate

Core Accountabilities

Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.

Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability.

Build a dedicated and good-natured team and support a positive store environment.

Act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee and foster a culture of customer obsession.

Deliver extraordinary customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and follow operational objectives.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and having professional phone skills

Physical Requirements

• Twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Use upper extremities for lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds regularly
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally

Pay and Benefits

• Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location ($15.00 - $16.00 per hour)
