Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This position involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
• Use product knowledge to drive add-on sales through features like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Work the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Help maintain the store and stock room, keeping everything organized and tidy.
• Support the team in achieving common goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Age 16 or older.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
