About the role

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand's mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Ensure assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Avoid misuse of spells and theft by working with Store Management
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Support the maintenance of the store, keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate with team members to get the job done

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• At least 16 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

Superpowers in providing customer service and selling. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
