Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

We're looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand's mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Use your product knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Ensure sales floor zones are up to visual standards
• Work the register
• Aid in planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of magic
• Help maintain the store and stock room
• Communicate effectively as part of a team to achieve goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Strong customer service and selling skills
• At least 16 years old

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate the store and use approved store equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay

$15.40 - $15.90 per hour
