Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to make a difference by providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are up to visual standards
• Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales
• Avoid misuse of spells and theft within the store
• Support the maintenance of the store and stock room
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• At least 16 years old
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

Ability to navigate the store, use approved store equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
