Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand's mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
• Use product knowledge to drive add-on sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store to look visually appealing.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Support the maintenance of the store, keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Superpowers in customer service and selling.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to navigate the store and use approved store equipment.
• Experience with packing and unpacking boxes of merchandise.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Knowledge of pop culture and philanthropy.

Pay

$15.40 - $15.90 per hour.
