We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to make a difference by providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the merchandise they love.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are up to visual standards
• Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Avoid misuse of spells and theft within the store
• Help maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Support the team in achieving store goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• At least 16 years old
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications
