Seasonal Runner

About the role

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Runner to join our team this summer season. This is a part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare homes for guest check-in and check-out.
• Frequent travel between units delivering supplies, aiding guests, and running errands.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as appliance/cable/wifi troubleshooting, cleaning hot tubs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintain standard unit appearance and correct inconsistencies in homes visited.
• Aid housekeeping as needed by completing cleans.
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with local team members and regional leadership teams.
• Provide cross-coverage for team members when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry.
• Prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping roles.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable and prepared to show up on time and ready to go.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable communicating with people online or in person and representing the company in a positive way.

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities.
• Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region.
• Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

Skills + Qualifications
