About the role
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Runner to join our team this summer season. This is a part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare homes for guest check-in and check-out.
- Frequent travel between units delivering supplies, aiding guests, and running errands.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as appliance/cable/wifi troubleshooting, cleaning hot tubs, and replacing light bulbs.
- Maintain standard unit appearance and correct inconsistencies in homes visited.
- Aid housekeeping as needed by completing cleans.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with local team members and regional leadership teams.
- Provide cross-coverage for team members when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry.
- Prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping roles.
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Dependable and prepared to show up on time and ready to go.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable communicating with people online or in person and representing the company in a positive way.

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements
- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities.
- Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region.
- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry.
- Prior experience working in maintenance or housekeeping role.

- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
