Role Overview This position provides both direct and indirect patient care within the assigned setting, working collaboratively with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. The role requires delivering high-quality care through critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate, respectful treatment while preserving patient autonomy and dignity. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, basic self-care support, patient and family education, and assisting with procedures. The nurse must communicate effectively with the care team, address psychosocial needs, and promote patient safety. Continuous learning and cost-effective practices are essential.
