The UF Health Market Resource Pool (MRP) offers experienced RNs the chance to work a seasonal 6‑week assignment while supporting patient care across Central Florida. Responsibilities
Under the direction of the director/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care, makes nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis, and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Associates Degree
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS
- Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Pay
- Day Shift: $70/hour flat rate
- Night Shift: $75/hour flat rate
- Overtime paid in accordance with FLSA based on a 40‑hour work week
Schedule
- 6‑week seasonal contract assignment
- Commitment of three (3) 12‑hour shifts per week
- Schedule determined in partnership with the unit director
- Float assignments based on competency and skill level to locations within:
- UF Health Leesburg Hospital
- UF Health The Villages Hospital (Spanish Plaines Campus)
