About the role

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, e.g., setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Physical Requirements

Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 lb and occasionally up to 25 lb; frequently lift and carry up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.

Pay

$20.15 – $20.95 hourly (pay varies by location and is dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience).
