Pay

The pay rate for this position starts $16.00 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Pick, gift wrap, fulfill, and process retail orders
• Fulfill and process wholesale orders
• Communicate supply, product and order needs with Supervisor/Manager
• Assist in receiving of retail product from vendors
• Accurately count monthly inventory with team
• Work with team to clean, organize, stock and rotate product, and maintain warehouse
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, POS software, and ship management software daily
• Use company machinery (i.e. fork lift, pallet jack, and van) regularly
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
• Must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail shipping experience is preferred

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managers
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for a long period
• Work environment: Retail gift shop/ Storage Areas
