Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday and help spread the cheer! As a Seasonal Sales Associate you will be the face of Bath & Body Works—understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates deliver exceptional, consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth and contribute to a high‑energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform constant physical activity—including standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting, bending, and kneeling—and lift 10 lb consistently and up to 50 lb as required.
• Provide the safest, cleanest, and most engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
• Thrive in a customer‑first retail environment.
• Demonstrate sales and customer‑experience results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Communicate effectively, stay open to feedback, and adapt quickly.
• De‑escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to perform continuous physical activity such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• Capable of lifting 10 lb consistently and up to 50 lb when needed.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to de‑escalate challenging situations with customers or teammates.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
