About the role

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver excellent customer service, promote brand loyalty, and create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and educate about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and enhance omnichannel shopping experiences.
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment, supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, including returns and resolving issues.
• Contribute to achieving store goals and operational efficiency.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and learning.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate retail technology, maneuver the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Hourly wage of $12.50 - $13.00.
